I have heard so many clichés about beauty such as it is only skin deep and it's in the eye of the beholder. We tell our girls these clichés so that they realize that it's inward beauty that counts more than outward beauty. But there's nothing wrong with outward beauty. The problem is how do we define outward beauty.
Outward beauty is doing the things we do to make ourselves look our very best whether it is putting on makeup or fix our hair or put on our best accessories. When we do the very best that we can do to make our appearance as good as it can be we take on a confidence that will then make us feel beautiful.
